Payment deadlines correspond to the cancellation penalty.

The deadlines are as follows:
30.04.2023:      20% of the accommodation and the entire registration fee
15.06.2023:      30% of accommodation
15.10.2023:      50% of accommodation.

Any cancellation beyond the respective terms will involve the payment of the entire registration fee + the accommodation costs dued until right that moment.
Example: if a choir cancels 5 items on 20th of June, it will still have to pay 50% of the accommodation and the entire registration fee for those 5 items too.

Every amount paid won’t be refunded.
